Returns & Exchange
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
VDE/Insulated Tools cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety reasons.
RETURN HANDING
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must also be in the original packaging
- You must show the receipt or proof of purchase from this site.
- VDE/insulated tools are excluded from all returns or exchanges for safety reasons.
Should the item not be in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we can grant only partial refunds. Should the item be received damaged, we need to be informed by email within five business days of the delivery date.
EXCHANGE HANDLING
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to coordinate the exchange.
SHIPPING
You will have to send the product you would like to return to us at your own cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
